Storage Settings
Learn how to configure storage options for your camera, including local storage with a Micro SD card, cloud storage services, recording modes, and managing your recordings.
1. Local Storage (Micro SD Card)
Your security camera supports local recording using a Micro SD card (≤ 256GB), allowing you to store videos directly on the device without a subscription.
How to Use
1Power off the camera.
2Insert a supported Micro SD card into the camera and then power on the camera.
3Open the app and go to Settings → Storage Settings.
4Format the Micro SD card in the app before first use.
📝 Notes
- Use a Class 10 or higher Micro SD card.
- When the Micro SD card is full, newly recorded videos will overwrite previously recorded videos.
- Power off the camera before inserting or removing the Micro SD card, otherwise, the micro SD card may be damaged.
2. Cloud Storage Services
Cloud Storage securely saves your recordings online, so you can access them even if the camera is damaged or lost.
How to Enable
1Open the app and go to Cloud Storage.
2Select a subscription plan.
3Follow the in-app steps to activate the service.

3. Recording Mode Settings (Continuous / Event-Triggered)
You can choose between continuous recording or event-triggered recording based on your needs.
Continuous Recording
- Records video 24/7 (requires a Micro SD card)
Event-Triggered Recording
- Records only when motion or events are detected (Micro SD card or Cloud Storage required)
How to Set
1Go to Device Settings → Recording Setting → Recording Mode.
2Choose your preferred recording type.
3Adjust sensitivity and detection settings if needed.
4. Playback, Download & Delete Recordings
Playback Recordings
1Open the app and select the camera.
2Tap "Playback" to view recorded videos.
Download Recordings
1Click the "..." icon in the upper right corner and select "Download".
2Select a video clip.
3Tap "Download" to save it to your phone.
Delete Recordings
1Click the "..." icon in the upper right corner and select "Delete".
2Select the video recorded on a specific day.
3Tap "Delete" to remove the recordings.

- Ensure the camera stays online for event recordings.
- Regularly check storage status in the app.
- Back up important clips to your phone or cloud.
